| Mr. Manibhai N. Patel of President of
Rajpur Kelavani Mandal worked as a social worker for 33
years of my life. He has created trust with the prime
objective of serving the tribal hilly and backward rural
socially especially through education. It is my
conviction that education is an effective medium and
instrument to uplift and transform the life and
environment of the community. The more effective and
sound it is the better and accelerated is the process of
enlistment and elevation. With such clear and noble understanding is venture to improve the quality and level of education among the tribal, hilly area of Gujarat on the Rajasthan border masses through establishing Primary Teacher Education Institute of Smt. M.M.Patel P.T.C. College Vijay nagar, that can go a long way in increasing the educative potentiality and developing instrument of being motivated and empowered by the successful administration of about more than 35 Intuition.. He thought of one more section of education I.e.B.ED College in Vijay nagar a remote hilly tribal, rural and backward area. He thought of one place at vijay nagar Dist. Sabarkantha Gujarat state since the project is financially very costly and large and it requires a hung fund for land building equipment and operational expenditure and other movable as well immovable property, there just to economize and balance the investment it has been decided to go gradually as per the needs and priority. It is with these criteria that this project is deigned.
